Responsibly sourced
In modern times the UK have moved to primarily using soft wood to create cheap and disposable products in an era of fashion and 'throw away'. A recent study showed that 90% of wood used in the UK is imported! One 1 Off uses only British hardwood from responsible sources building solid and lasting products, making features of the natural beauty, and individuality of each tree and species.
Slowly the tide will turn, and British hardwood will once again be seen as the incredible resource that it is.
